Qualifications

  • Doctorate-level degree (MD, DO, PhD, MBBS, or equivalent)

  • Recognized experience in surgical practice, research, or education

  • Strong record of peer-reviewed publications

  • Prior editorial or peer-review experience (preferred but not required)

  • Dedication to open access publishing and the advancement of global surgical care
